before your order ships.

// DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order ships:

— Domestic (US): 2 to 5 business days
— International: 4 to 15 business days depending 
   on customs clearance and whatever your country's 
   postal service has going on

// TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you once 
your order has shipped. If something looks wrong, 
email us before assuming the worst.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment network it 
is in the hands of the carrier and, in international 
cases, customs.

We are not responsible for:
